On Thursday, the 90 Day Fiancé star, 35, revealed on Instagram that she’s undergoing a “mommy makeover” after having three children — daughter Ariel Raya, 1, and sons Shai Josef, 3, and Asher Noah, 2 — with husband Alexei Brovarnik.
“The day has finally come, I’m getting a natural mommy makeover. This is something I’ve wanted for a very long time and did a lot of research on, but it’s a little different,” she wrote alongside a selfie with her plastic surgeon, Dr. Dev Vibhakar.
Brovarnik said she has abdominal diastasis — when the large abdominal muscles separate during pregnancy from being stretched — which has been “uncomfortable” for her.
“I’ve opted to do a tummy tuck to bring my muscles back together,” she shared. “We know I’ve been very open about wanting to enhance my breasts, so I am doing a 360 lipo and fat transfer to my boobs. Doing it a more natural approach is the best way to go.”
“Just like everything else, I’m beyond excited to share this journey with you ????????,” she added.
Following the surgery, Brovarnik posted an update on her Instagram Story as she laid in bed covered in bandages.
“Happy Thursday. I’m getting so many messages and I just want to say thank you again,” she said in the clip. “I can’t thank you guys enough for your concern, reaching out.”
“So many people are asking what I had done, why I have bandages. I did a mommy makeover — it’s a tummy tuck with 360 lipo and a fat transfer and yes, the chins are gone. I have one chin,” she quipped.
“I’ve been super open about everything I’ve gone through in life so I’m really excited to have you guys on this journey with me,” the reality star added. “It's just the next chapter and another thing for me to share with you.”
Brovarnik has long had plans to get plastic surgery after having kids, first opening up about it in January 2022.
The Loren & Alexei: After the 90 Days star told US Weekly that she wanted to “do everything” when it comes to her mommy makeover.
“We’re gonna tuck this in. We’re gonna get these out. We’re gonna tighten here,” she said. “You know, nothing crazy. [But] if I’m under, I’m under, just do it.”
She told the outlet that her postpartum journey impacted her confidence “a million percent.”
“That’s the downfall. … There’s also the positive to it because not everybody bounces back like some people, and that’s OK. I want to show people that women go through these changes [when they] grow a human inside [them] so it takes time for your body to heal.”
