Hosted by the Institute for Regional Conservation (IRC) and Miami Botanical Garden, with support from Miami Beach Rising Above, this workshop offers a unique opportunity to engage with coastal ecosystems and contribute to conservation efforts.

- Activities: Guided nature walk, BioBlitz using the iNaturalist app
What to Expect:
- Guided Nature Walk: Explore the park’s tropical hammock and beach dunes with expert guides. Learn about the vital role of coastal conservation and the rich biodiversity of these ecosystems.
- Discover: Observe and learn about the diverse plant and animal life in the park’s natural habitats.
- BioBlitz: Use the iNaturalist app to document and identify the flora and fauna encountered during the walk.
Preparation and What to Bring:
- Wear closed-toe shoes.
- Bring sun protection, a reusable water bottle, snacks, a hat, and sunscreen.
