Created by local mixologist Gui Jaroschy, go for a classic Mai Tai made with Mount Gay Rum, Rhum Clement Agricole, lime and orgeat syrup or go for something more original like the Seoul Surfer made with Bacardi Superior, St. Germain, passion fruit, lime, orange and hibiscus. Each cocktail served in its own special ceramic tiki glass.
