The university is well known for its educational and research exhibitions. Its Modern Age Art and Design exhibition was inaugurated in the year 1996 and features 200 objects from its permanent collection. It gives an insight into design as an effective tool of change and also features temporary exhibitions, with art from its own collection and also on loan from museums across America and abroad.
