Initially, the hotel was called The Hotel Sevilla. It was only in 1979 that the building was changed to its present name due to the change of ownership. From containing 12 retail shops and 34 offices, the once commercial building slowly became a gorgeous hotel boasting an on-site restaurant that soon became a highlight of the property.
Hotel St. Michel
Hotel St. Michel is a stunning building in Miami built in 1926, designed by famous architect Anthony Zink. The building in which the hotel resides used to be an office and a retail establishment.
