The actress, 50, showed off her smooth moves on her Instagram Story Friday as she danced to the classic Diddy song "Shake Ya Tailfeather" while wearing an eye-catching sheer ensemble.
In the clip, Beckinsale danced with friend Gabriella Morpeth as they listened to Nelly's verse off the Bad Boys II soundtrack classic. While Morpeth fittingly wore a light-blue feathery dress, Beckinsale rocked a sheer dress with metallic embellishments, blue undergarments, and a clear pair of towering heels.
But even with the massive heels on her feet, nothing was stopping Beckinsale as she showed off some spins without any missteps. The two buddies felt the groove throughout the video, with Morpeth even slapping her friend's behind for added effect.
"If you can't get a few hoots despite shared trauma, invoke Nelly and maybe a few feathers and bob could be your uncle," Beckinsale captioned the video.
The actress shared a few other pics with her pal, including one where she could be seen standing behind Morpeth and zipping up her dress, and another where the duo posed for the camera glam ready.
Beckinsale also shared a professional shot of her in the dress and tagged designer Afffair for supplying her with the see-through sequined design, which she paired with a sequined bag when out and about in New York City.
"I do love a post vmas plant nursery ????????????," she captioned the image where she posed in front of some greenery.
Beckinsale wore the outfit to Diddy's VMAs "Club Love" afterparty at The Ned on Tuesday, which came a week after she hit up the Venice International Film Festival for more fashion fun. The amfAR Gala Venezia co-chair opted for a Georges Chakra Couture look at the festival, including a caftan with gold fringe, a gold bodysuit and some massive heels.
This past month hasn't only been about the temporary looks that Beckinsale has been wearing, as she also picked out some permanent ink in August.
Following the June death of her cat Clive, Beckinsale debuted a new tattoo that she got of the little guy, located on the inside of her forearm surrounded by stars. It was followed a few weeks later by a tattoo sketch of her cat's eyes on her shoulder, which she showed off on Instagram.
“How can a light that burned so brightly suddenly burn so pale. Love you always," Beckinsale captioned a pic of the ink, done by Los Angeles tattoo artist Dr. Woo.
