Kehlani Announces Fourth Album "Crash," Sets Release Date
Kehlani is making a triumphant return to the music scene. The 29-year-old "Nights Like This" singer has announced their fourth studio album, "Crash," set to release on June 21, 2024. This upcoming project marks Kehlani's first full-length release since their 2022 album, "blue water road."
Kehlani teased the new album with the release of the lead single "After Hours" in April, a feel-good summer anthem that has already started to create buzz. The single features a catchy sample of Cordel “Scatta” Burrell’s “Coolie Dance Riddim” and its vibrant music video was filmed at the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas.
On May 15, Kehlani took to social media to share the album's cover artwork, featuring them sitting atop a smashed red car, dressed in a metallic two-piece outfit with mermaid-like cut-out pants and a silver-studded bra. The caption read, “CRASH 6.21.24 the album.
