On Saturday, August 17, the 37-year-old singer shared two daring nude photos on Instagram, including one where she casually eats a salad while seated in a chair. Another photo shows her sitting in bed with just a white sheet draped over her chest. In the caption, Kesha simply wrote, "But…. I’m bored of wearing clothes."
These bold images come shortly after Kesha celebrated the 15th anniversary of her breakout single, "TiK ToK." In a TikTok video, she humorously referenced the song's iconic lyrics by brushing her teeth with Jack Daniel's whiskey, holding a Spotify plaque commemorating 1 billion streams of her 2013 hit "Timber." She quickly switched it out for the correct plaque celebrating "TiK ToK."
Reflecting on the song's impact, Kesha recently shared her thoughts in an Instagram post, expressing how "TiK ToK" represented a fun and carefree time in her life. "That girl was naïve and wild and playful," she wrote. "This song eternalizes a side of myself that I love very much, and now see I have to protect fiercely."
Kesha also announced that she would be altering the first line of the song, which originally referenced Sean “Diddy” Combs. This decision comes in light of ongoing sexual abuse and sex trafficking allegations against the music mogul.
