Kim Kardashian believes she can do it all – even rule a country. In the season 5 finale of The Kardashians, which aired on July 25, the SKIMS founder looked back on the past year and her growing career with confidence and humor.
"This year has been so good," Kim, 43, said in a confessional. "I'm entering my actress era. I had no clue this was going to happen. I've taken some time off just to really focus on being the best mom I could be."
Kim then joked about her TV viewing experience: "I'm not gonna lie: I just watched the whole season of The Crown. I could fully f---ing rule a country," she said, referring to the popular Netflix series that follows the British royal family.
The reality star and entrepreneur has indeed had a transformative year. Kim made her acting debut alongside Emma Roberts in American Horror Story: Delicate. She shared how creator Ryan Murphy approached her with the role. "Sometimes it just takes that one person to really believe in you and give you that push," Kim explained.
Kim's acting journey doesn't stop there. She is set to play a high-powered divorce attorney in a new series by Murphy and star in and produce a new Netflix comedy film, The Fifth Wheel. Her passion for acting is matched by her continued advocacy for prison reform. A recent episode of The Kardashians documented her meeting with Gypsy Rose Blanchard, who was recently released from prison.
Kim's versatility and ambition continue to inspire her fans. Whether she's acting, advocating for justice, or joking about ruling a country, Kim Kardashian proves she can take on any challenge.
