The Beverly Hills residence previously inhabited by Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott is once again available for purchase.

This luxurious property, featuring seven bedrooms and eleven bathrooms, has been reintroduced to the market at a price of $17.995 million, as announced by realtor Josh Altman via Instagram on Wednesday.

Positioned within close proximity to elite shopping, fine dining, and premier entertainment, this distinguished estate represents the pinnacle of opulent living in one of Los Angeles' most sought-after areas, Altman noted. He urged potential buyers not to miss out on this unparalleled opportunity for lavish living.

Initially offered at $21.9 million in October 2022, the house was listed again in April 2023 for $19.9 million, prior to the listing's removal in September.

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott acquired their Beverly Hills mansion for $13.5 million in October 2018, a few months following the birth of their daughter, Stormi. In February 2022, the couple welcomed their second child, a son named Aire. However, by January 2023, sources confirmed to PEOPLE that they had parted ways.

At the time of purchase, a source revealed to PEOPLE that the duo shared the expense, securing a favorable deal as the property had lingered on the market for a year and a half. Described as a tough negotiator and astute businesswoman, Kylie reportedly played a significant role in the negotiation, securing the property at an attractive price. The purchase was seen as both an investment and a potential family home.

The property, which is accessed via a private gated driveway, features an open floor plan with high ceilings throughout. The main house consists of six bedrooms and nine bathrooms, a gourmet chef's kitchen equipped with top-tier appliances, and a primary suite that includes spa-like bathrooms, extensive closet space, and a cozy sitting area with a fireplace.

Additionally, the estate boasts a guest house, smart home technology, a private home theater, a wine cellar, and a three-car garage.

The interior was designed with an "organic modern" theme by Meridith Baer. According to Baer, the design aimed to reflect Kylie's preference for blush and nude tones, reminiscent of her skincare line's color palette. The style combines natural, serene furniture pieces with bold, edgy art and distinctive pottery, embodying a blend of simplicity and sophistication.
