The rapper, 28, recently shared a video on Instagram of her breaking down her gym routine. “Gym Recap???????? also this jersey mix of #BONGOS goes crazyyyy in the gym????????,” she wrote in the caption.
While narrating a montage of clips, the “Savage” rapper shared what goes into her grueling workouts. “What’s up ya’ll, it’s Megan Thee Stallion, aka the hot girl coach. And bitch, the results have been resulting,” she began. “The word for the rest of the year is consistency.”
Megan then revealed she had just gotten back from New York and asked her personal trainer to go easy on her, to which he replied that he had seen her “hot girl s---” and that she should bring that same energy into her workouts.
The entertainer then shared that her trainer asked her to pick up an exercise ball, put resistance bands around her legs and do jumping squats. In the video, she did forward and back jumping squats, as well as other exercises that included deadlifts, jumping rope, forward lunges and mountain climbers.
Megan finished the video with a shot of her food, which featured a plate of salmon and salad.
Throughout the video, Megan could be seen donning fashionable fitness gear that consisted of a light green long-sleeve crop top with dark green shorts, and another outfit that included a gray crop top with matching shorts. She also wore a yellow fitness top with purple shorts.
“One thing about Megan is she going to work out and mind her own business,” one fan commented under the post, while a second wrote, “Not this popping up on my timeline while I eat nachos.”
Nicole Scherzinger, who was among several celebrity fans who also commented on the video, added, “I live for your recaps.”
