Schreiber, 55, and his wife Taylor Neisen recently welcomed a baby girl in August. Announcing the news on Instagram Wednesday, the Ray Donovan: The Movie actor shared several photos of the newborn — and his ex, Watts, 54, was quick to share her delight at the new arrival.
“We love baby Hazel!! ????????????,” the actress wrote in the comment section of Schreiber's post.
In the caption for his post — which included a photo of the baby girl's hand holding onto Schreiber's thumb, as well as an adorable close-up of her little foot — the actor shared his daughter's full name and details of her birth.
“So happy that Hazel Bee is finally here,” he wrote. “ She arrived early in the morning of August 27th and has been a dream every day since. Mom and baby are both super happy and healthy. Thanks to all for the love and support.”
Neisen, meanwhile, shared her own post on Instagram celebrating the arrival of little Hazel.
"My whole heart. Hazel Bee Schreiber. 8.27.23," she wrote on Thursday alongside a black-and-white photo of her baby daughter in a white onesie, lying on her back. In the pic, Neisen's hand rested on Hazel's belly as the baby's little hand clasped around her mom's thumb.
In the comments section, Watts again revealed her joy at the couple's new baby.
"So so lovey ????????????" she wrote.
Watts and Schreiber were together for 11 years before their split in 2016 and share children Sasha, 16, and Kai 14.
In the years since their separation, Watts and Schreiber have carved out a strong blended family. Along with Watts’ husband, actor Billy Crudup, and Neisen, the former couple posed for a family photo during Kai’s graduation from middle school last year.
Schreiber, Watts, Neisen, 31 and Crudup, 55, were all smiles as they posed with Kai and Sasha.
“Congratulations to Kai ⚡️????,” Watts wrote at the time in her caption. “Class of 2022 #modernfamily ❤️ #graduation.”
Watt's and Schreiber also recently celebrated Sasha's 16th birthday.
In July, the King Kong actress shared a carousel of pictures of her son on Instagram. In the first snap, Watts laughed as she hugged Sasha who was dressed smartly in a gray suit. She also shared throwback pictures of when Sasha was a baby, drinking his milk bottle and smiling at the camera while resting in his mother’s arms.
On his own Instagram page, Schreiber posted a close-up shot of himself and his son.
"Happy Birthday Handsome!" he wrote.
