The Marlin Hotel

Do you know those wonderful 1930’s buildings in Miami? Well, this is one of them.

The Marlin Hotel
Home & Real Estate

Originally designed by Lawrence Murray Dixon, one of the principal architects of the tropical art deco style of the 1930s, this hotel has a long history and was once owned by the founder of Island Records and many artists have recorded here.  Now it’s as chic on the inside as the outside. British fashion icon Barbara Hulanicki designed the interior.

It’s cool, funky, and is steps away from South Beach.   This boutique hotel in Miami is right in the middle of it with the restaurants, bars, and nightlife of Lincoln Road is less than a mile away.

It’s got all the mod cons you could think of, including a rainfall showerhead! Parking is available and guests comment on how great the location is and how clean and spacious the rooms are.
