The Miami Design District is set to launch NEO Miami Design District, an innovative 7,200-square-foot rotating pop-up that will showcase emerging fashion brands on a rotating basis. This groundbreaking initiative kicks off this Friday, providing a dedicated platform for emerging designers to display their creativity and talent.

NEO Miami Design District will not only serve as a hub for emerging talent but also act as a gateway for national and international brands seeking entry into the Miami market and connecting with a new audience.

The inaugural exhibition, running through January 31, will feature Stolen Stores and Les Miss NYC, sharing the expansive space. Stolen Stores, founded by sisters Sanancaht and Onarin Siriviroj from Bangkok, is a collective of new designers creating modern women's wear. Operating from a dedicated Bangkok atelier, Stolen Stores trains local artisans in unique techniques, reflecting the spirit of the sisters' Thai homeland.

Les Miss NYC, a woman-owned and operated small business, emerged in response to the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Founded by designer Leah Gans, Les Miss NYC curates a diverse selection of clothing, jewelry, accessories, vintage treasures, and handmade pieces from fellow small businesses. The brand operates a freestanding store at 283 Mott Street in New York.

The pop-up is located at 35 East 40th Street in Miami, within the Miami Design District, known for its combination of luxury shopping, galleries, museums, design stores, restaurants, and major art and design installations. The district is owned and operated by Miami Design District Associates, a partnership between Dacra, funded and owned by entrepreneur Craig Robins, and L Catterton Real Estate, a global real estate development and investment fund specializing in creating luxury shopping destinations.
