Chug's Diner Chug’s Diner is chef/restaurateur Michael Beltran’s take on an American diner that offers a tribute to both classic American fare and his Cuban heritage. Unlike most diners, however, Chug’s features a full bar with a specially curated cocktail list that offers a simple — but exceptionally dollar saving — happy hour. Monday through Friday, happy hour hunters can head to the bar for 99-cent gin or vodka martinis, available for one hour from 6 to 7 p.m.
