Along with Gridline Properties Principal and Broker Alfredo Riascos, Romero has been a part of Gridline, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm based in Miami, since its inception in 2018. The firm specializes in brokerage services including landlord and tenant representation, strategic real estate planning, investment sales, and dispositions.
In his role, Romero oversees operations, accelerates the growth of the firm’s transactional platform, and coordinates all operational aspects, including strategic planning and recruiting. He brings ample experience with success in investment sales and leasing on both supply and demand sides for middle market clients.
With nearly a decade of experience in Miami’s urban core, Romero’s clients range from high-net-worth individuals to middle market investment groups looking to capitalize on South Florida’s growth.
