According to Garcia, during a 2022 tour in Ibiza, Spain, he was subjected to an uncomfortable situation where he was forced to witness sexual activities in a moving vehicle and later faced derogatory comments from the artist.

Garcia's legal claims include violation of numerous labor codes, insufficient healthcare provisions, unpaid overtime, and lack of proper breaks, culminating in his dismissal in June 2023, which he attributes to his complaints about the working conditions. The suit targets not only Megan Thee Stallion but also her associated entities Megan Thee Stallion Entertainment, Inc., Hot Girl Touring, LLC, and Roc Nation.

Megan Thee Stallion's attorney, Alex Spiro, responded to the allegations stating that the claim is financially motivated and lacks a sexual harassment charge, emphasizing that the matter will be addressed in court.

Garcia is seeking damages for unpaid wages, interest, and legal fees, and insists on accountability for the alleged inappropriate and illegal behavior. His attorney, Ron Zambrano, emphasized the need for Megan to address her actions and compensate Garcia adequately.

This lawsuit emerges after Megan recently resolved a legal dispute with her former record label, signaling ongoing legal challenges for the artist amidst her continuing music career and upcoming Hot Girl Summer tour.
