March 27, 2024 - March 29, 2024 Time: 07:00 PM to 10:00 PM Delight in a rare gastronomic event from March 27 to 29, as the Michelin-starred and leading caviar distributor, Caviar Russe, joins forces with Faena’s cozy private wine cellar, La Cava. Under the guidance of the esteemed Executive Chef Edgar Panchernikov, attendees will be treated to a family-style, multi-course feast within the exclusive confines of La Cava’s 20-person dining area.

The evening begins with an assortment of sophisticated hors d'oeuvres, including torched salmon nigiri seasoned with tamari and fermented black beach chili oil, oysters in a coconut beurre blanc foam and shiso oil crowned with caviar, and toro cones filled with caviar. Following the appetizers, a set menu unfolds, showcasing delicacies such as 25g Select Osetra caviar served with classic garnishes, bluefin chutoro paired with wagyu chimichurri and strawberry boshi, and a prime ribeye alongside oxtail, wild mushroom, and black garlic, plus more meticulously prepared dishes.

Each batch of Caviar Russe's Imported Caviar is carefully chosen and procured from a small-scale, artisanal Sturgeon Caviar Farm in Germany, guaranteeing supreme quality and genuine flavors.

With only 20 seats available, this intimate experience commences with welcoming cocktails at El Secreto, leading into the main dining affair at La Cava.
